About the Role
The Monitoring and Performance Coordinator will provide strategic, insightful and data-driven support to the portfolio on the performance of key services and commercial partners to inform decision making and business requirements. The coordination of specialised tasks, requiring a high level of analytical skills, will see the Monitoring and Performance Coordinator analyse and track project performance, problem solving along the way, to report on contract and service performance and results. Fostering significant relationships with internal and external key stakeholders of student services will be important in this role in order to drive an adaptable culture that is responsive to data.
About the Person
You will have expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring and experience in delivering programs and services in a customer-centric environment. A skilled project manager familiar with the use of project management tools, you will be able to research, prepare and analyse reports and papers with relative ease. Known for your ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, you will have a track record of consistently producing high-quality results.
Duties
Your duties will include:
- Develop and author relevant reports with a focus on analytic assessment of results
- Proactively validate program/project continued alignment to strategic intent, affordability and value
- Monitor cost to service models for acquisition, conversion and retention
