Salary: $94,152 (Plus 12% Superannuation & 17.5% Leave Loading) pro-rata
The Role
This new position reporting to the Executive Director and Head of Campus, will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of operational processes, policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements relating to the University's VET Programs on the Broome Campus.
In this role you will be contributing to the strategic and operational plans for the University VET programs on Broome Campus as well as providing leadership in the implementation of the Broome Campus business and activity plans.
In collaboration with the VET and Regulatory Assurance office you will contribute to the training, assessing and support of the VET programs for the purpose of reporting, professional development and compliance.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- University or TAFE qualifications with extensive experience and management expertise;

- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and VET sector reporting systems, policies and procedures, including VET Student Loans and funded training schemes;
- Experience working in a tertiary or school environment;
- Works independently and manages individual and team work deliverables; and proactively collaborates with others to achieve results;
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated initiative, work ethic and flexibility;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
