Change Management Consultant
Based out of Newcastle this is a 2-year, specified term, contract.
Utilise your experience in delivering change management programs within the Project Procurement space, to manage the Delivery Partner, currently engaged in the development and delivery, of the Procurement Transformation Project and working on the development of the first stage business case. The PTP will develop and imbed an integrated procurement, inventory and contract management delivery model for our client, delivering improved value for money.
The incumbent would ensure the delivery of the project plan, within the scheduled timeframe and budget, by providing strong leadership and communication relevant to project activities and ensuring the procurement framework is embedded in all aspects of the project.
You must have experience undertaking transformational change in a procurement environment along with the confidence and ability to project manage this project. The ability to negotiate and influence outcomes along with strong written and verbal communication are a necessity. The ideal candidate will be talented at building and sustaining relationships, obtaining cooperation and developing collaborative working relationships with cultural resiliency in a fast-paced environment.
Naturally, your skills and experience will be complimented by tertiary qualifications in project and or procurement management (or related discipline). In addition, you will need to be highly proficient with MS Office.
The successful applicant will be expected to consent to and pass a medical fitness test relative to the role, along with a National Criminal History Check.
