We are seeking a suitable candidate to manage our client’s high-volume sites operations based at Grong Grong reporting into the Regional Operations Manager – Central and Southern NSW. This site well supported by both growers and buyers of grain is a key part of a national chain of sites for their highly regarded domestic operations.
This critical role is responsible for delivering operational excellence in risk management, plant efficiency, talent pool management, maintenance and reliability and capital management in order to achieve strategic business outcomes.
You will manage the receival, storage and out turn of grain to predetermined specifications, ensure safe, hygienic, and secure standards are maintained and develop and manage a strong team of permanent and casual employees.

This role is highly focused on the execution of the day to day site management and will give the right candidate an opportunity to lead their own operations. We are open to seeing candidates with a background in leadership roles, the relevant occupational health and safety training, and relevant licenses for such a role. A background in different commodities or site management roles will be viewed upon favourably as well.
