We are currently seeking highly motivated HC licenced (or higher) drivers to join our team working out of Botany. We have an outstanding career and driving opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing business.
You will be required to complete local deliveries across Sydney including regional areas delivering gas as part of a national contract. We are a procedure driven business with an extensive training programme to support the selected candidate in the role. The role is full time employment Monday to Friday with overtime also available.
We currently require;
HC Nightshift Driver – plus afternoon shift allowance
Roster: Tuesday to Saturday
To be successful for this position you require:
- Current & valid drivers license (HC or higher)
- Sound knowledge of NSW Road Network & major metro areas.
- DG Licence
- Good driver history
- Experience with gas tanker deliveries an advantage not essential
- BFM accreditation preferred but not essential
The required tasks & key accountabilities for this role are:
- Be able to work well in a team environment
- Participate in company & customer training & development programmes
- Participate in company nominated compliance & accreditation programmes
- Participate in company & customer training & development programmes relevent to health & safety & environment incl. Policy, procedure guidelines
- Complete documentation in a timely and correct manner in accordance with legal requirements & company & customer procedures
- Be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Be able to follow procedures
- Be able to pass a medical including drug and alcohol test
- Be able to provide a current (within 3 months old) Driver History and Infringements report
