We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Supply & Demand Coordinator to join our busy Operations Team in Belrose, Northern Beaches.
About the Role:
This is a newly created position within the Operations Team and requires absolute commitment to quality and building positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
The focus of this role is to oversee and ensure that Zimmer Biomet’s supply and demand requirements for ANZ are met. It is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring inventory levels align with requirements of sales plans and service objectives. It is highly analytical and outcome focused position, which needs someone to challenge the status-quo and have strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service while liaising with internal/external stakeholders
- Create and follow up of 'out of forecast' demand requests
- Develop process and procedure documents for the demand and supply chain division
- Manage the GRIR reconciliation and our third party outsourced accounts team
- Prepare reports and statistics for the monthly Supply Review meeting
- Create return goods proposals, orders and RGA requests
- Contribute to ongoing improvements to operations procedures, systems and processes
The Ideal Candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance preferable
- Previous experience within an Operational, Finance or Sales role, with exposure to commercial decision making
- Demonstrated analytical ability, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT ability - specifically Microsoft Office and SAP (preferably) software programs
- Ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
