The Role:
We have an opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator - Pipe Center to join our team in Kangaroo Flat. You’ll work as part of a multi-site branch team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the correct delivery details are obtained and loaded with the goods and driver’s complete paperwork satisfactory.
- Assist with drive loads
- Organise scheduling of deliveries and coordinate drivers effectively through use of mobile phones to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate ad hoc couriers as required and reconcile courier invoices.
- Maintain files and records of deliveries.
- Analyse the delivery service and implement improvements.
- Stock management - bin locations, stock schemes, replenishment and identifying and clearing stock.
- Coordinate intake for Pipe Centre and uploading of stock.
- Management of credit claims.
- Supervisory of all delivery vehicles on multi-site and maintain Vehicle Maintenance Checklists for the site.
- Participate in E-learning, skills assessments and performance reviews.

About You:

- Strong people skills, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- A confident communicator and professionally presented
- A current and applicable forklift and drivers’ licence.
- Sound decision making skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multi-site delivery runs.
- An understanding of stock management and replenishment.
- Basic computer skills
