An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Logistics Analyst to assist with the automation of month end reporting and to provide support to Demand & Supply functions as well as manage the pricing administration for Abbott Nutrition. This role is a 12 month contract with the view to become permanent.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Support Demand and Supply Functions:

• Liaise with ALOG/NOLA and suppliers on day to day stock issues and enquiries
• Update changed to the supply plan via the weekly publish
• Raise RCMAS as needed per the monthly ADS
• Send weekly To-Market backorder reports for AU & NZ
• Managing inventory in cooperation with local distributor
• Managing stock expiration and pricing
• Monitor incoming shipments & MAS conformance
• Deliver Supply Chain KPIs

Coordinate and Manage Pricing:

• Creating new pricing templates to be send to distributor and 2nd tier distributors
• Work with distributor to assure the right accounts are linked to the right agreements

Adhoc projects management per business requirements.

Minimum Experience/Training/Education required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial support role
• Have a Basic understanding and exposure in demand forecasting and supply chain
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent project management skills
• High level of analytical skills
• A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
