MC Linehaul & Local Truck Drivers Required
Rocky's Own Transport Company are currently recruiting for experienced Linehaul MC Truck Drivers & Local MC Drivers to be based at our Brisbane Depot (Wacol).
Positions:
Experienced Linehaul Driver - The position will predominantly include general & refrigerated freight work doing night shuttle runs/changeovers from Wacol. To be successful in this role our requirements are:
- MC Licence
- MSIC Card - essential
- SSAN & DG Licence not required by an advantage
Experienced Local Driver - This position will include Refrigeration work as well as General Freight, and some Container work, around the Brisbane local area. To be successful in this role you must possess the ability to be a versatile driver. Our requirements are:
- MC Licence
- MSIC Card - not required but an advantage
- SSAN & DG Licence - not required but an advantage
Shortlisted applicants will be required to undergo the following pre-employment checks if they progress through the recruitment process:
- Provide an up-to-date resume as part of your initial application
- Initial shortlist interview via telephone
- Complete our application form
- Provide photocopies of relevant licenses, tickets and passes
- Past employment reference checks with recent employers
- Provide an up-to-date Traffic History Report for the past 5 years
- Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test
- Driver assessment with one of our Driver Trainer Assessors
- Face to Face Interview
- Medical clearance to operate a heavy vehicle
