We are currently recruiting for a Rostering Co-ordinator.

We are looking for someone who will join the rostering team and compliment the growth of the company through adaptability and ingenuity.

About the role: 

Work autonomously, and as part of a team to manage our rostering system.

Ability to communicate to employees and stakeholders across the business.

What a successful applicant looks like:

Proven experience in rostering / workforce planning, across a 24/7 operation.

Exceptional complex problem solving skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management.

Well-spoken and exceptional communication skills are essential with a friendly demeanour to match.

The ability to self-manage and take a task from start to completion.

Being highly organised is an absolute must!

Applicants who have come from a similar role within the traffic control industry or a similar industry where rostering is paramount, will be highly regarded.

This position is looking to start immediately.
