At STAUFF, our people are the key to our success. We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking warehouse operator to join the team in our fast-paced and often challenging warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and prompt picking
- Receipt and despatch of goods
- Book freight/courier companies and completion of consignment notes
- Assembly of products
- Stock control and ongoing stock take checks for accuracy
- Operation of machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- General warehouse duties
- Manual Handling
- Forklift Operation
Selection Criteria:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable
- Good computer literacy skills – SAP experience desirable
- Sound reading and numerical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and excellent attention to detail
- Current drivers licence
- Current Forklift licence
Background knowledge of fluid power and hydraulic components will be highly regarded
This role is a physically demanding role therefore; we are searching for a productive and energetic person that enjoys a hand’s on role. You must be able to perform duties with the highest regard to accuracy, safety and quality standards.
