About the business and the role
Our client has a requirement for a experienced and versatile forklift operator within the transport and waste industry.
This is a temporary assignment through labour hire , Mon - Fri 6am to 5pm and Saturdays 6am to 12pm.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties for the positions will include but are not limited to the following:
• Counter balance forklift work
• Loading & Unloading Trucks, Semis & Utes
• Container loading with bucket attachment
• Moving stock bins around yard with Grab & Rotator attachments
• Moving irregular objects around yard with Grab & Rotator attachments
• General yard hand duties
Skills and experience
Minimum of 3 years experience required with counter balance forklift and previous experience operating a forklift within the transport and logistics industry.
Must have experience using a forklift with Grab & Rotator attachments.
