The Position

As an experienced team member you will be responsible for:

• Allocating shipments to individual trucks with transport companies
• Planning runs and routing in accordance with customer requirements
• Monitoring shipment status and updating clients with expected delivery/pick up schedules and unexpected delays
• Liaising with warehouses relating to loading/unloading of shipments
• Maintaining transport data base
• Ensuring all AQIS and Customs requirements are complete
• Ensuring ACA/SCA statuses allow release of cargo

The Requirements

To be considered for this role you require:

• Must have experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Well developed customer service focus
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Professional communication skills
