This company is a leading wholesale furniture supplier involved in the distribution of a broad range of products including installation of large residential projects and Retail clients.With a team of focused and motivated staff.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our warehouse and distribution team located in O'Connor. This is an opportunity for an experienced applicant to join our team in a full time position. The position will provide room for personal and professional 
development as our company continues to expand.

The role would involve learning all facets of the warehouse distribution system by working closely with our current Warehouse Manager.

Duties include:
o  Furniture deliveries and installations using the Company vehicle
o  Unloading containers
o  Quality checking product
o  Ensuring stock integrity of product in all locations
o  Preparation and assembly of goods prior to delivery
o  Receiving and dispatching high volume of inbound and outbound goods
o  Hands on tasks for packing and shipping

The essential criteria required are:
o  Previous experience in furniture delivery or removals
o  A current HR class license as a minimum 
o  Good organisation skills to meet deadlines
o  Attention to detail
o  Be customer service focused

The desirable criteria required are:
o  Ability to handle a high pressure environment
o  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner

Experience in delivery coordination, furniture assembly, furniture installation and / or warehousing and distribution will be highly regarded.
