We are looking for an experienced Inventory Administrator

This hands-on position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and continuously developing Widex’s ANZSG stock management strategy to control costs, generate savings, rationalise inventory and maximise available working capital.
  
The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Denmark, Finance, Stores, bloom clinics, etc.) and will act in close consultation with the Product Operations Manager.

What will you be doing?
  • Developing and executing inventory control measures to ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system, regularly monitoring, investigating and resolving irregularities to achieve inventory targets (including safety stock levels) as per company guidelines and expectations.
  • Managing and controling clinic and support office stocktakes in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore maintaining concise and consistent documentation for accurate inventory and audit purposes.
  • Maintain the general forecasting and procurement function for Widex Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and any other regional companies to ensure sales and purchase forecasts are aligned and in line with company expectations.
What do you need to be successful?
  • Degree qualified in a business, engineering or related field and/or suitable background experience in inventory management / purchasing / demand planning.
  • Aptitude for working with ERP and general computer systems
  • Positive, engaging and concise communication style
