Join a premier local company that has grown globally! They manufacture metal systems for the wall and ceiling sector in commercial building and construction.
Based at the company's Head Office in Croydon, we are looking for an experienced leader to supervise afternoon shift production and dispatch. Basic hours are 2:45PM to 10:45PM Monday to Friday.
Processes include metal forming, stamping and rolling and you'll be responsible for a crew of 10-15 team members and 4 in dispatch. The emphasis will be on leadership and attaining consistency in production efficiency, line changes, picking and pre-loading stock, scheduling breaks and making sure that work is completed on-time.
