About MFG:

Due to our continued success and booming online sector, we are expanding our eStore team! We are on the lookout for an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED eCommerce Administrator whose key role will be to manage the Returns functions of the warehouse including the administration process and accessing all customer returns.
The successful candidate will work directly in the warehouse environment and enjoys balancing administration work with physical stock movement/management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and assess all change-of-mind and faulty returns for refund authorisation
- Data entry and associated inventory management
- Tracking and entering all returns data
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure outcomes communicated to customers are actioned in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean, professional and safe warehouse in line with OH&S requirements
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills is a must!
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment (working with footwear will be highly regarded)
- Experience using an ERP system is essential
- Exceptionally high standards and attention to detail
- Great time management and organisation skills
