Your daily duties and responsibilities will consist of but not be limited to:
- Providing high quality customer service
- Job registrations
- FCL, LCL & Airfreight
- Tracking of consignments and keeping customers updated
- Liaising with overseas offices and agents
- Liaising with consignees
- Preparation of documents for internal departments & Customs
- Any other duties as set out by management
To be considered you must possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 1 year Freight Forwarding experience within the Australian market
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- SCA Regulations Knowledge
- EDI Cargowise1 Experience
- Intermediate MS Office Suite & Excel
