An opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Manager to join our business on a 24 month fixed term contract. As a key member of our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the Supply Chain Planning Transformation Program across the Orora ANZ businesses. Your mandate will be to unify and embed best in class process and systems to maximise the customer value experience through delivering improvements in lead time, cost, and working capital. We will look to you to:

 

  • Engage with Business Group General Managers & General Managers to have their support and sponsorship in the implementation of projects.
  • Review current supply chain planning processes and providing As Is and To Be process maps with a road map towards best in class supply chain planning
  • Align our supply chain processes with the strategic direction of the business
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the end to end supply chain
  • Lead the supply chain planning program of work, appropriately managing governance, reporting, time, budget and risk
  • Act as a change leader for transformation by educating, coaching, and influencing teams from across businesses to deploy best in class processes and systems
  • Embed governance and support work processes across Supply Chain , Sales, Commercial and Operations teams

 

 

To be successful you’ll have:

 

  • Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
  • Strong end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain Management experience and knowledge with a focus in Supply Chain Planning processes (Inventory, Supply, Demand, IBP) and optimisation
  • Demonstrated project management experience in deploying a supply chain planning transformation program
  • Experience with process design and mapping, and ,process improvement
  • Expertise and experience  in SAP planning systems (APO or IBP)
  • A proven ability to accept new ideas, engage in creative, innovative and systemic thinking to develop unique, differentiated solutions to complex problems
  • The ability to listen, influence others, manage change and effectively motivate through open communication
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • The ability to prioritise critical issues and display the initiative and flexibility in dealing with them

 

This challenging role requires deep supply chain planning expertise and the ability to apply that knowledge and execute projects to achieve business transformation.
