Capture Recruitment is currently recruiting immediate opportunities for experienced Warehouse Operators and Pickers for multiple sites across the Western Suburbs. These roles will suit operators with demonstrated experience in a warehouse/stores environment with proven ability to meet deadlines in an autonomous role. These are hands on roles with daily manual handling which may also involve customer contact and communication, therefore a high level of professionalism is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming/outgoing stock levels.
  • Ensuring quality of goods and presentation are of the highest standard prior to despatch
  • Ensure all goods are shipped on or before customer expected delivery date
  • Maintaining a focus on health and safety at all times
  • Liaise with other departments as required to meet customer needs

Experience
  • Proven previous in a Warehouse and Picking environment
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Strong OH&S accountability
