The Role

We are looking for a Transformation Manager- Supply and Logistics, responsible for undertaking transformation related activities across the Supply network for the Asia Pacific South (Australia, Vietnam and India).

The Transformation Manager is responsible for determining and aligning on the strategic requirements for Planning (within Logistics) across the zone by taking inputs on policies and practices from Global Planning / Logistics and making them applicable to the APAC South zone. 

You will also be accountable for implementing and managing the Supply and Logistics transformation agenda with our IT function.  This is a forward-thinking role, where future brewery and logistics functional technology needs will be mapped, in addition to a current focus of how we can improve our current operations.

We are looking for a candidate who is capable of leading work to identify and execute opportunities across operations in the zone. You will have experience working within technical roles in a similar FMCG environment, as well experience leading or being a part of significant transformation projects. Collaboration and team work are values that you will need to work in the role, as it will involve working closely with the Zone and Global Teams to help prioritise activities in order to fulfil the transformation program. Our successful candidate will bring the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or other relevant discipline preferred
   
• Experience in Supply and Logistics FMCG environment with an understanding of manufacturing would be highly advantageous; as would practical experience with planning systems and processes

• Experience collaborating with Systems/solutions to improve operations via technology

• Strengths in influencing and managing stakeholders, ideally in a large matrix organisation or across a region

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and have an owner mentality

• Lean/Six Sigma accreditation is an advantage
