An opportunity now exists for an Inwards Goods Coordinator to join our Cartons Business in Botany. You will lead the smooth running of the inwards goods operation whilst safely managing on time delivery performance, product control, time slotting of inbound containers and balancing conflicting departmental and business priorities within the operation.
We will look to you to:
- Lead your team to ensure inbound loads are processed via SAP and provided to the site production team in time on full
- Lead inventory management of inwards goods to maintain accurate stock levels
- Provide support and maintain relationships with relevant Transport and Warehouse 3PLs and other Orora sites
- Coach, mentor and drive your team to high performance whilst engaging and supporting them in training programs to ensure a highly skilled and flexible warehouse team
To be successful you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a fast paced manufacturing or logistics environment
- A passion for leading and creating high performing teams
- A forklift License
- A good knowledge of warehouse management
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- General knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ideally)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
