Westralian is a privately owned commercial cleaning company that has been established for over 30 years. Due to continual growth, we are now seeking a new team member with strong leadership skills to join our Special Services team, to help us maintain our exceptional service to our clients.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will need to have a 'hands on' approach and have the ability to lead and develop your team to perform all elements of Periodic Cleaning to Westralian Standards.
The successful applicant must be flexible to work nights/days and some weekends, 30 hours per week. The following qualities and experience will be required:
- Proven ability to lead a team
- At least 3 years' experience in the Cleaning Industry or similar role
- Hard floor maintenance - Polish Work, an advantage
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- The ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Sound time management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- WA Drivers licence and reliable car
- EWP Licence and White Card, an advantage
