Broadspectrum have a longstanding partnership with Eastlink to provide operational and maintenance support. Due to growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Delivery Manager.

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to various maintenance department and Incident Response Crew to ensure the road and its operational components are safely and compliantly maintained with the intent of improving the value and operational integrity of the asset.

The role:

• Manage planning, budgeting and delivery of Landscaping, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services in accordance with Project Scope and Project requirements.
• Manage the delivery of Incident Response services.
• Assist the Client in evaluation of project results to ensure positive and sustainable performance.
• Manage all plant, equipment and subcontractors necessary to undertake the maintenance works.
• Prepare recommendations and periodic reports on major repair and replacement works.
• Prepare and implement a Program Delivery Plan for the Clients capital works each financial year
• Accountable for the effective and efficient management of staff and maintenance processes to ensure KPI’s and KRA’s are met
• Prepare recommendations in relation to work practices which could improve safety, quality, increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Manage Employee Relations matters, including Enterprise Agreements
• Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures, upholding company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration & Challenge

Skills and Competencies required:

• Degree in Landscape and/or Civil Maintenance desired
• Project management qualification preferable
• Experience in tunnel operations and maintenance preferable
• Demonstrated management and organisational skills.
• Experience in management of Mechanical and Electrical operations/services.
• Significant experience in the management of large scale Landscape, Civil and structural operations/services.
• Demonstrated sound technical knowledge in matters pertaining to road maintenance and asset management
• Proficient in use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Maximo and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
• An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge and principles of civil, environmental, electrical and electronic systems employed in a freeway environment.
• Demonstrated ability to balance resourcing, budget, asset management and performance to achieve a balanced outcome
• Possess and continue to hold a Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (citizenship or visa sponsorship)
