About the Role
We are seeking a Cylinder sorter / Industrial Filler to join our site in Ingleburn. The role will be responsible for the safe handling and filling of gas products into liquid and high pressure gas cylinders in accordance with standard operating procedures. The hours of work will be 6am to 2pm.
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of transport vehicles as required
- Picking and preparing orders for transport as required
- Inspecting, sorting and filling of industrial cylinders
- Completing all checks to ensure equipment is safe to operate
- Data Entry
- Completion of paperwork
- Report non-conformances
- Liaise with management and maintenance team as required
- Various roles when required in line with operational needs
- General housekeeping duties
- Manual Handling
Skills & Experience
We are seeking the following:
- Safety focused individuals
- Valid forklift licence is essential and ability to operate safely
- A positive, self-motivated enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
- The ability to read and interpret cylinder labels
- Understand the hazards of various gases
- Reliability with a flexible attitude to tasks and hours
- Capable to lift greater than 10 kg
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies/procedures
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
- Organisation skills and time efficient
- ‘A "YES WE CAN" attitude towards customer service
- Technical aptitude and computer skills highly regarded
