Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd. is a member of the Liebherr Group. The company is responsible for selling and servicing earthmoving machinery, mining equipment, mobile cranes as well as foundation and piling equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.



We have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Perth Parts Team based in Redcliffe. Reporting directly to the Parts Supervisor, you will be a key contact to Liebherr customers both internally and externally. The main focus of this role is ordering and interpreting of spare parts and providing timely technical and product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments.

 Key criteria for this role include:

  • Providing professional and timely customer service, including customer follow-ups
  • Interpreting and understanding the needs of the customer to ensure that the correct parts are ordered
  • Identifying and securing additional parts sales opportunities
  • Providing accurate technical and product information to customers
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
  • Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the supply chain process
  • Maintain high quality of work at all times

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills coupled with technical aptitude and extensive machinery knowledge. Having experience in a sales role and that which was directly linked to the monitoring of parts including stock control and inventory would be advantageous. To thrive in this role you will focus on working collaboratively with your team, other departments and other Liebherr branches around Australia.
