Are you enthusiastic, organised and dedicated? As an Easy Cart Luggage Trolley Agent, you'd play a vital role in a busy airport operation. Your focus would be on delivering a seamless, safe and efficient service to the many domestic and international customers.

We are a unique company looking for Airport Luggage Trolley Agents with a passion for exceptional customer service. We strive to always exceed our customer’s expectations in a safe and efficient manner. We currently have positions available at our Brisbane Airport Location.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for providing first and last impressions;
• You will be a point of contact for customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information;
• You will collect luggage trolleys ensuring they are repositioned, and returned to their stations;
• Be pro-actively involved in the local operation, keeping up-to-date with any events happening in and around the airport precinct;
• Physical Role;
• Must be available to work shift work hours, including late nights, early mornings, both weekends and weekdays.

About You:

• You have a passion for excellent customer service;
• Have an ability to lead by example, a positive demeanour and demonstrate initiative and communication, organisational and problem solving skills;
• You enjoy working outdoors;
• Are physically fit;
• You are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful;
• Have a 'Can do, Will Do' attitude;
• You hold a Drivers Licence.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
