The Role

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for both the end to end and day to day Operation of the Facility at Minchinbury.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Convey a clear vision for overall Operational Excellence and Safety and engage and leverage the strengths of the team to achieve it.
• Ensuring operating standards are maintained and service delivery is achieved to company and customer expectations.
• Model and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead and manage the Team across all aspects of the operation, motivating and developing a high performance team.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with Internal and external Stakeholders, included but not limited to Retail State Managers, Buyers and Senior Supply Chain Management.
• Deliver outstanding financial performance by applying your commercial judgment and business acumen
• Developing, monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage inventory controls to allow best in full and on time service
• Oversee all People related activities for the  Facility, including management of labour structures, recruitment, workforce planning, payroll, performance management, training and employee grievances
• Management of all Plan and Equipment in relation to  preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
