Description
As Procurement Manager you will have full responsibility and ownership for designing and implementing a procurement strategy that works to deliver value across multiple business units. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to evaluate and identify best practice from a procurement perspective.
You will manage a small team takes responsibility for supplier management, property operations and corporate services. As such, you will need to be adept at identifying opportunities, managing risk and optimising outcomes.
A key focus will include generating a category spend analysis report, supplier evaluation and scorecards whilst providing procurement advice across major areas of spend including property, leasing and facilities management for example.
In short, you will have end to end involvement to provide analysis on spend, supplier performance, category management and commercial partnership to your internal customers.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a procurement subject-matter expert who can work autonomously, creatively and commercially to establish a robust best-practice framework.
You will have an authentic, capable, credible and astute demeanour that works to influence and persuade business unit heads and your direct reports as to a best solution.
You will have a track record of success that highlights your wins in implementing a category management plan and enhancing supplier performances.
