About the role

  • Assisting the Registrations and Infringements Leader to prioritise workload and optimise timely & accurate pipeline management across Australia
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all KPI's and SLA's are met
  • Be across all current Registrations and Infringements processes & actively drive process change
  • Liaise daily with the external government departments/suppliers network to drive accurate and timely registration renewals

What does our successful candidate look like?

  • You have a strong understanding of the Fleet and or Motor Industry, with previous experience in a high performing team
  • You know what great customer service is and can demonstrate the success you've had building and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to prioritise to meet strict KPI's and SLA's
  • You show an understanding of customer challenges and proactively identify areas of improvement
  • A proactive, self driven team player who can roll up their sleeves and get things done

Our preferred candidate

  • You have a strong understanding of the Fleet and or Motor Industry
  • You have previous experience in Pipeline Management
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly across multiple systems
