About the role
- Assisting the Registrations and Infringements Leader to prioritise workload and optimise timely & accurate pipeline management across Australia
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all KPI's and SLA's are met
- Be across all current Registrations and Infringements processes & actively drive process change
- Liaise daily with the external government departments/suppliers network to drive accurate and timely registration renewals
What does our successful candidate look like?
- You have a strong understanding of the Fleet and or Motor Industry, with previous experience in a high performing team
- You know what great customer service is and can demonstrate the success you've had building and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to prioritise to meet strict KPI's and SLA's
- You show an understanding of customer challenges and proactively identify areas of improvement
- A proactive, self driven team player who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
Our preferred candidate
- You have a strong understanding of the Fleet and or Motor Industry
- You have previous experience in Pipeline Management
- Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly across multiple systems
