Southern Generators and Electrical P/L are a medium sized family owned business with branches in all eastern states of Australia. Our business sells, installs, rents and services diesel generators and provides other ancillary services (to complete our one stop shop philosophy) to a very broad customer base.
We are looking for a yardman/storeman to work in our busy Dingley depot. The ideal applicant will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in the workshop and all rental equipment is clean and ready for rental.
A current Forklift License and Victorian manual driver's license is mandatory. You will have a sufficient mechanical aptitude to carry out routing servicing and minor repairs to sales and rental equipment as well as have some basic administrative skills. A Test/Tag License will be looked upon favourably. There is overtime available during the busy event season.
