An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fleet Controller to join an already established operations team. The successful applicant will report to the operations manager, and will have experience managing a diverse fleet of PUD trucks.

Description
The main roles and responsibilities of this position are but not limited to:
- Efficient management of a medium sized fleet of vehicles ranging from 15-20
- Communicate effectively with customers to meet client demands and delivery schedules
- Dedicated and informed planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved
- Administrative duties, previous use of Translogix (TMS) will be highly regarded
- Organisation of driver documentation
Profile
To be considered for the Fleet Controller position the following skills and experience are expected:
- Experienced Fleet Controller with 2-5 years experience
- Familiar with Melbourne metro region
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding business
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Experience with TMS or FMS systems highly regarded
