Our client is a growing Australian Business that specialises in the manufacture of Cosmetic and Personal Care products. We are looking for Compounders to join their team.

The key job functions for this role are as follows:

Automatic, semi-automatic and manual batching to Blend raw materials according to the formulation
Strictly following procedures and work instructions
Participate in productive teamwork

The criteria for this role are;

Batch manufacturing or raw material handling experience in any industry
Must be able to understand, read and write English
Must have reasonable numeric skills
Must be hard working and reliable
A Forklift licence and experience is desirable
