We are looking for an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join this forward thinking company -
You will be challenged to rise above the ordinary to:
- Oversee the manufacturing, assembly and packaging areas, organising tasks for each area.
- Ensure that all products are manufactured to company standard.
- Enhance operational performance.
- Problem solve and trouble shoot any issues that may arise.
- Implement and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in a safe manner.
- The ability to work autonomously

Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience effectively managing and leading multi disciplined teams as well as performance management of staff.
- Previous experience in an electronics/audio manufacturing environment desirable.
- Strong mechanical background (advantage if tertiary or trade qualified) dealing with start ups / shut down and diagnose / troubleshoot of break downs / implement preventative maintenance programs.
- A strong understanding of WH&S
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and timeframes within competing priorities.
- Plan daily workloads across the shift using a ERP system
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
