ABOUT THIS ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to provide Logistics support management services in a major Defence Aviation Program Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Logistics systems design and performance management
• Development of strategic operational logistics policy, process and instructions
• Logistics planning, resource management and financial management
• Management of logistic support functions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Experience with the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) in a logistics role
• A thorough understanding of Defence logistics applicable to acquisition projects
• Experience in a Defence acquisition project or SPO
• Defence Safety Aviation Regulations experience
• Engineering Design Authority under current or previous regulations (DC1/ DC2)

ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 

• Australian Citizen
• Must hold, as a minimum, an AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance
