The Distribution Operators role is responsible for providing a professional service for our customer and ensuring that the requests are actioned in a timely manner. This includes the pick, pack & dispatch of customer orders to ensure KPI’s are met, you will report to the Team Leader / Supervisor. 

POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving of goods
• Maintain all records of parts received and dispatched.
• Taking part in all cycle count and stock take duties.
• Maintain Occupational Health and Safety issues within the warehouse.
• Maintain general housekeeping of direct areas
• Understands and is responsible for quality control standards.
• Be able to competently co-ordinate activities of other distribution center facility employees
• Point of escalation and resolution for work related issues
• Complete report creation, tracking and analysis as required
• Meet Client KPI

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hold a valid LF Fork Lift License
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Computer Literate.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Be flexible in working hours
• High level of Self-Motivation.
• Ability to achieve quality results
