Our clients is a global cosmetics & fragrance organisation, who is based in Essendon are currently looking for an Assistant inventory controller. You will report to the NDC Manager and be responsible for monitoring the products and providing support to ensure all functions are maintained. The position will be based in north-western suburbs of Melbourne

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm. Friday 7.00am to 1.30pm

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manual investigations of stock errors, monitor, report and maintain all product movement from receiving, dispatch and warehouse.
• Stock control and including damaged stock
• Identify and investigate discrepancies
• Manage daily cycle counts, stock location, check, balancing excess & damage stock.

You must possess these attributes:

• • Motivated and driven professional with attention to detail
• • Minimum 2-3years' experience in Warehousing and Inventory control
• • Experience in WMS systems (EXCELOS A1W) with RF scanning, Picking Packing and all other warehousing duties -is a MUST!
• • Excellent communication skills - negotiating and problem-solving skills both written and verbal;
• • Strong computer skills MS Office and communication skills
• • LO Forklift license would be highly regarded
• • Adhere to company policies, quality management processes OH&S requirements.
