Duties

• Develop procedures to maximise manufacturing efficencies to meet business requirements
• Manage production planning processes to meet customer needs
• Develop appropriate procedures to ensure quality of products and maintain safety within the work place
• Manage staff and develop succession planning.
• Deliver continuous improvement procedures

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Strong working knowledge of quality and safety standards
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Previous experience in packaging would be highly regarded
