Here is what we need as a minimum: 

• Cert IV (Aeroskills) in Structures/Composites;
• A proactive and POSITIVE attitude;
• Excellent sheet metal experience and quality;
• Experience in Composites a very good thing to have;
• Passion for safety and working as part of a team;
• Queensland residence, or intent to relocate asap.
