This position is a key position within the organisation and is a part of our Manufacturing Operations Leadership team.

About the Position:
Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Laboratory teams.
Oversee the Quality Food Safety Management (QFSM) for the company ensuring the QFSM is in line with legislation.
Oversee the running of the QFSM within the company ensuring gaps within the QFSM as compared and plan with timelines are set for the company to address the gaps.
Make changes as required as changes occur in the factory.
You will be responsible to represent the company during the following audits:
· External Clients and customers
· DFSV
· HACCP accreditation
Be responsible for completion of the corrective actions in the timelines set out by these audit reports.
Oversee the Quality and Laboratory team ensuring smooth running day to day.
Ensuring equipment is maintained and calibrated as required.
Make sure follow up is taken on all anomalies reported, and actions required are taken.
