All Preparation Equipment Brisbane Warehouse is looking for a Warehouse / Storeman to play a vital part in our team and be accountable for day to day running of warehouse activities. We are seeking a highly motivated person with exposure to similar role and industry, with the ability to work on your own and within a team. Time Management Skills are vital. More importantly we are looking for a positive can-do attitude, wanting to grow professionally within our company.

You must have:

• Previous experience in advanced warehouse storeman role
• Current drivers and forklift license

• Electrical and Mechanical Experience is a benefit

Your responsibilities will include:

• General Warehousing duties including picking / packing, detailing equipment
• Liaising with clients regarding transport and freight to ensure value is delivered
• Maintaining a tidy warehouse
• 100% accurate orders
• Organising Repair Equipment so nothing is forgotten
• Organising Hire Equipment so it is always accounted for
• Load / unload trucks as required
• Heavy lifting through safe methods
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the workplace

Inventory Control:

• Maintain Inventory accurately including movements between our warehouses
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
• Reduce Inventory discrepancies
• Implement / monitor regular stocktakes
• Reduce stock issues and work closely with management continually to do so

Skills and Experience

• Minimum three years advanced warehouse experience
• Proven ability to handle products with care and diligence
• Practical hands-on attitude
• Ability to work under high pressure environment
• Ability to multi task
• Comfortable with computer based systems and freight booking
• PPE: Steel cap boots, long pants

Manage difficult customer situations, to ensure best possible outcomes. Meet deadlines and commitments. Under promise and over deliver. Be punctual.
