About The Role:

The objective of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to the Project Coordinators within the Project Team and to ensure that the Project Team delivers exceptional project outcomes and customer service levels.

Responsibilities include:

Leading by example and through effective leadership, drive development and motivation across the Project Team
Supporting and implementing change initiatives and empowering employees to take ownership
Providing service levels that exceed customers’ expectations
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support Project Delivery Team with cross functional activities, such as ERP upgrades or IT implementations to ensure improved outcomes and continuous high levels of customer service.
Collaborate with Project Account Managers in order to ensure customer service requirements are met

About You:

The ideal candidate requires strong leadership skills and team building capability as well as being people and solution focused. Personal attributes would consist of a person who is proactive, open in approach, ethical, respectful, honest and reliable, a team player with a positive outlook.

Ideally you have:

Extensive experience in managing projects and leading and motivating a team of people ideally in the Electrical Industry
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with experience in dealing with internal and external key stakeholders
Strong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to provide options and solutions to project and customer challenges to support positive operational outcomes
An organized and systematic approach to work, high attention to detail and ability to trouble shoot and resolve daily issues
