Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing daily production schedules which meet our customer demands for on-time delivery.
- Using your strong skills in Excel you will be creating, tracking and reporting on the current production status.
- Quick and effective response to variances, errors and capacity demands.
- Focus on adherence to production processes and work instructions, compliance with company policies and standards.
- Work with Engineering and Purchasing to insure BOMs are correct and material requirements are met.
- Ability to perform costing and variance analysis will be highly regarded.
- Performing other duties reasonably considered to be within the scope of this position.

Has a high analytical and problem solving aptitude, and the ability to adapt successfully to changing conditions and directions to meet the business goals.
Your involvement in continually establishing production improvements will ensure efficient use of our resources and meet our strategic goals.
