Our Client a major national organisation is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Professional who is currently available to assist them on a casual in view to long term employment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for

Overseeing all night-shift warehouse operations
Staff inductions
Managing and training of warehouse staff
Staff rostering
Traffic management
Processing driver documentation
Adhere to all WH&S requirements
Maintain workplace policies and procedures
Maintain a continuous improvement work environment
Management reporting

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

Previous experience in a warehouse management role
Have managed a minimum of 20 staff previously
Be across warehouse management systems
Able to commence work immediately (this is a casual role initially progressing to long term employment
Be a natural leader and motivator of people/teams
Understanding of a continuous improvement work environment
Self motivated
Ambitious and career driven
