Your new role

You will be working directly in the warehouse, assisting with manual tasks, fork lift driving, moving products and general day to day tasks as required. These tasks include:

• Account for all stock under your control, maintain and report accurate stock levels, verify inventory by comparing to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
• Unpack containers/pallets in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring accuracy in the check off process associated with received goods.
• Operate mechanical equipment including Forklifts
• Operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships and cultivating a strong team environment within the department.
• Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment maintaining safe work practices at all time and to work within and comply with Company safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records as required.
• General housekeeping duties as required

• Load and unload, receive, count and store stock.
• Dispatching and picking according to advised time frames
• Correct packing methods to ensure undamaged product

What you'll need to succeed

In order to establish your career within this space, you will require the following attributes and attitude:

• Previous Storeman /warehouse experience is essential
• Dependability, punctuality, attendance and completion of work

• A hardworking and can do attitude and ability to work well with others

• Minimum LF forklift licence required, LO Licence would be highly regarded
