Our Melbourne team of 80+ is now looking for a Freight Forwarding Client Services Representative to join us!
About the role
To be considered for the role:
This newly created permanent full-time position requires experience in the freight forwarding industry.
You are confident with Cargowise1/EDI Enterprise operating system and Excel.
You must have Client Services experience gained within international freight forwarding industry (minimum of 2 years experience).

Skills and experience
Critical to Your new role are the following:
- a minimum of 2 years' experience in air and sea freight forwarding;
- knowledge of CargoWise1 (ideally);
- exceptional communication skills;
- working with Excel spread sheets for reporting purposes;
- ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- focusing on high customer satisfaction (internal and external) and care factor;
- providing superior communication to clients via phone, email and order tracking;
- enjoying working within a process-driven environment;
- using analytical and problem solving skills;
- assisting team members as required.
