 Resourcing Coordinator

CQ Resources provides quality labour hire with upwards of 120 qualified rail personnel and continuously growing to accommodate major and minor rail infrastructure works.

An exciting opportunity existed for a pro-active Resourcing Coordinator to join our growing team based in our Yatala office. Reporting to the Operations Manager you would be required to display and utilise a very high level of operational experience, discrete operational knowledge and professionalism to coordinate our ever-growing team and client base while assisting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and employees to arrange deployment as required.
• Coordinate and manage flights, car hire and accommodation for employee’s and with a high degree of fiscal responsibility
• Manage and maintain employee’s competence on the Rail Industry Worker data base 
• Ensure employees are informed of they work roster by phone, email and SMS
• Manage fatigue of Employees
• Contractibility outside business hours (including weekends)
• Travel both local and interstate when required
• Assist in Payroll and Invoicing
• Participate in client meetings as requested by Operations Manager
• Ensure all client enquires are act upon on the same business day

Qualifications and Attributes

• Experience in recruitment & human resources (would be of an advantage)
