About the position

A rewarding opportunity is now available for a dedicated and highly efficient Operations Supervisor to join the team at our Healthcare site located in Erskine Park NSW. As one of the senior leaders on site, you will be expected to provide support to both your team and customers.
This is a pivotal role requiring a strong leader with a solid understanding of safety, customer relations and people management.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers
- Effectively utilise facilities and equipment ensuring efficiency
- Implementation of effective change management strategies
- Ensuring your team is up to date with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring KPI's are met to meet customer requirements

About you
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible
- Strong leadership qualities and a customer centric attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Prior experience within automation (this is highly desirable however not essential)
- Previous experience using SAP is essential
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
