Based in Truganina, your duties will vary on a daily basis, your main tasks will be forklift operation and container unloading
6:00am - 2:00pm each day
Overtime will be required during the busy periods
This position is an ongoing Monday to Friday casual employment competing various warehouse duties listed below, but not limited to;
- Manual intensive container unloading (20ft and 40ft containers)
- RF scanning system
- Counterbalance forklift - relocating pallet
- Continuous manual lifting of tyre product of passenger & 4WD tyres (must be physically capable to complete heavy lift all throughout your shift)
- Forklift Grab attachment for larger sized tyres to reduce any manual handling
- Quality checking of slip and product
- General house keeping
Paying $28.44 per hour
You must be willing to undertake a full medical and police check. APS will organise this for you but it will be at your own expense costing a total of $340. This will be deducted from your pay over a 4 week period upon commencement of employment.
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Current LF forklift license
- Valid referees to verify your forklift experience
- Recent forklift experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be physically fit (able to lift 25kg) on continuous basis
- Committed to be available Monday to Friday
- Available to start ASAP
