Your new role
You will be responsible for recruiting subcontractor drivers for the taxi truck fleet. The role entails spear heading driver recruitment campaigns, covering the end-to-end process management from driver candidate attraction, screening, closing and on-boarding. You will also be expected to deliver accurate and timely recruitment information, support and advice to operations and admin management.
What you'll need to succeed
- The right candidate will have:
- Knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of driver recruitment and selection practices
- Attention to detail and be well organised
- Previous transport/courier experience either in fleet, operations and or driver recruitment preferred
- Ability to work to KPI’s
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to understand how drivers operate
